Use HumanPanel in ChatGPT and Claude

Ask your assistant to test an idea, a message or a price. HumanPanel builds the simulated people, collects their answers, and your assistant reports back in the chat.

Connect in four steps

ChatGPT

  1. Turn on Developer mode. In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
  2. Add HumanPanel. Open ChatGPT plugins and select +. Name it HumanPanel, paste this address under Connection, then select Create.
  3. Sign in and allow. ChatGPT opens a HumanPanel page. Sign in with your email code and choose Allow. You land back in ChatGPT, which lists the HumanPanel tools.
  4. Turn it on in a chat. Start a new chat, open the tools menu and turn on HumanPanel. Then ask for what you want to learn.

Developer mode depends on your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings. Once HumanPanel is listed in the ChatGPT plugin directory, you connect from there instead.

Claude

  1. Open Connectors. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Add HumanPanel. Name it HumanPanel and paste this address. If Claude asks how to sign in, choose Sign in now and Use Claude's published identity. Then select Add.
  3. Connect and allow. Select Connect. Sign in with your email code and choose Allow.
  4. Turn it on in a chat. In a new chat, turn on HumanPanel in the tools menu. Then ask for what you want to learn.

On Claude's Free plan you add one custom connector.

Try asking

  • Ask 30 parents of toddlers in the US whether they would pay $12 a week for a kids' meal kit, and why.
  • Test these three headlines with small business owners in the UK. Which one wins, and with whom?
  • Create an audience of 8 nurses in Texas and ask them what slows their shifts down.

Costs, data and access

  • Same prices, your wallet

    Runs, audiences and interview replies use your HumanPanel wallet at the same prices as the web app. Before anything costs money, the assistant shows the maximum cost and asks you. You add funds on humanpanel.ai, never inside the assistant.

  • Only what the tools need

    HumanPanel receives what the assistant sends to its tools: survey questions, audience descriptions and interview messages. HumanPanel never reads your chat history. Results stay in your account, in full.

  • Disconnect any time

    Remove HumanPanel in the assistant's settings, or on the ChatGPT & Claude page of your HumanPanel account. Access ends at once.

  • Simulated people

    Every respondent is simulated. Use the results as a fast first read, and confirm big decisions with real people.
